Thompson Vs Masvidal – November 5

Stephen Thompson is no stranger to winning a fight by knock-out.  After all, this is how he’s won 54% of his fights.  Thompson will be squaring it off with Jorge Masvidal on November 5th after having suffered defeat at the hands of Tyron Woodley in the UFC Welterweight Championship in March.  It must be mentioned that three of his last five victories have been first round knock-outs, and six of his last eight fights have been victories.

Masvidal, a more technical fighter, has won 53% of his fights by decision.  As such, Masvidal has only been knocked out once in twelve career losses.  The November 5th fight will be Masvidal’s first in New York.

Garbrandt Vs Dillashaw – November 5

TJ Dillashaw isn’t smart enough to realise the difference between a mere athlete and a true fighter.  According to Cody Garbrandt, that is.  The pair will be squaring it off in a title fight at UFC 217 on November 5th.  Instead of having been annoyed at Cody’s insults, TJ has taken them in his stride, saying that it was a compliment to be considered a true athlete.  In fact, more than taking the accusation in his stride, he seemed quite pleased by the description.

The pair will be bashing it out for the 135-pound belt in UFC’s 217 at Madison Square in New York on November 5th.

Jedrzejczyk Vs Namajunas – November 5

UFC Women’s Strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk is well known for her intimidating, unemotional stares.  To all but to one other: Rose Namajunas.  Namajunas is as poker-faced as they come, and has said that the problem with Jedrzejczyk’s previous opponents is that they lose the fight on a mental level even before it has begun on a physical level.

Pre-fight mind-games isn’t all that Jedrzejczyk is about though.  She has yet taste defeat in her MMA career.  Namajunas, who has experienced an up and down career in terms of victories and losses,  has responded by saying that she (Jedrzejczyk) has yet to face a complete and rounded opponent like herself.

Bisping Vs St-Pierre – November 5

Georges St-Pierre is of the opinion that Michael Bisping is terrified of fighting him, saying that this was the trend that he (St-Pierre) deducted from Bisping’s pre-fight trash talk.  The pair will be battling it out for UFC’s middleweight title at UFC 217 in New York on November 5th.

St-Pierre has spent the last four years on the sidelines, effectively retired, and has vowed that he will be a force to be reckoned with, being rested and renewed by the time away. If you want to bet on this fight, head on over to Crownbet and back who you think will be a winner, online.
